  Ellen O’Connell, White Plains resident and retired English teacher, will moderate a discussion of Robin Wall Kimmerer’s Braiding Sweetgrass, a now more than ever timely nonfiction work of nature writing, described by the author Elizabeth Gilbert as, “A hymn of love to the world.” (2013) As Nick Offerman of the NYT puts it, “Kimmerer’s writing is the gentle medicine we need if we’re to have any hope of salvaging our relationship with Mother Nature.” This book is available in the Library’s physical collection and on Overdrive/Libby.
