White Plains Public Library is offering adults who speak English as a second language the chance to meet and converse in English. This program is free and open to learners age 18 and up who want to improve their English conversation skills. Attendees are welcome to bring conversation topics. A volunteer native English speaker leads the conversation. Refreshments will be provided.
