Now that you have learned the origins of sushi, how it has evolved into different forms and how to make it at home, we would like to introduce you to the nutritional benefits of sushi, what the sushi chefs do to prepare the best sushi and how to enjoy sushi with sake/wine pairings!

Come join us to learn more on how to enjoy one of the most popular dishes in the world!

NOTE: The first 30 who register for this program will receive a complimentary sushi rolling mat and rice paddle. Pick them up by the Holds shelf in the library.
