Description:
 Please join me to celebrate the Persian New year by reading a folk tale-The Phoenix of Persia. Afterwards we will decorate eggs for to place on the Haft-sin! Grab N' Go kits will be available for this program on March 15th. If you are unable to pick up a kit you can follow along with supplies from home (boiled eggs, white vinegar and food coloring, or washable markers.)
The Persian New year-(or Nowruz) is the celebration of the Spring Equinox on Sunday, March 22nd at 4:15 and ends on Monday, March 223nd. Nowruz Mobarak! Happy New Year!
