Description:
 “STEM Superheroes” Camp – August 3-6, 1-2:30pm. Youth in grades 4-6 will learn about the historic inventors and innovators who used science, technology, engineering and math to solve real world problems to become real-life STEM SUPERHEROES! Each day, we will go back in time and discover an innovator from history such as Alan Turing, Ada Lovelace, Jacques Cousteau, Bjarke Ingels the Wright Brothers and more. Through the concepts learned from historic figures and the impact they made, we will face challenges along with of our friendly neighborhood heroes and help them save the world with STEM! REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT ON THE AUGUST 3 DATE. Registration is for all 4 days of the camp and attendance at all 4 days is expected. This program is supported by the White Plains Library Foundation and Con Edison.
