STEAM Camp for Teens: Paper Engineering

Description:
 Students will learn about the basics of paper engineering, and the different techniques used for making pop-up. We will walk through the mechanisms necessary to replicate a pre-designed pop-up card, and then brainstorm in order to apply the learned mechanisms to create our own cards. Supplies will be provided from the Library. When they are ready you will be contacted to pick them up via contact-less curbside pickup. Participants must be able to attend both sessions. Registration is required. This program is funded by a generous grant from Verisk Analytics to the White Plains Library Foundation.
