 Are you one of the 50 millions Americans who have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep? Then join Beth Bierko to learn how to fall asleep quicker, sleep longer, and get back to sleep more easily if you wake up in the night. Participants will learn gentle yoga poses, breath work and other simple practices that can prepare the body for rest and promote deeper sleep.
